Psalms 22 is a Messianic Psalm, a message brought through David that prophesies about how Jesus worshiped God even during his death on the cross. It shows how, in the midst of the utmost suffering, Jesus reinforced the trustworthiness of God. He was saying to God, “I trust you all the way to the point of death."

You and I are being taught how to go down. This is called willful or volitional degradation. It is holiness, something that we come to voluntarily. You are either going to be changed by revelation or you will be changed by tribulation.
