Planned Parenthood vs Black America

By Bishop Wellington Boone

“Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him” (Psalm 127:3 NLT).

A century ago the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, wrote The Pivot of Civilization to promote birth control in order to enhance a woman’s sex life without the burden of having children. Disconnected from the love of God, she didn’t see children as a blessing.

Sanger was also a eugenicist. She promoted birth control as a solution to reduce the birth rate of lower classes and diminish the population of “unfit”  people whom she considered a drain on the resources of society.

Proponents of eugenics, like Planned Parenthood’s founder, believe that some races of people (which includes themselves) are superior to lower races of people (whom they call dysgenics). Margaret Sanger was a proud promoter of eugenics through her prolific writings. She was a promoter of genocide through birth control and sterilization for dysgenic populations such as the “feeble-minded” and those with “transmissible disease.”

We can’t let them populate the world with “their kind”—Margaret Sanger

“Eugenists emphasize . . . the sterilization of the unfit to prevent their populating the world with their kind and they may, perhaps, agree with us that contraception is a necessary measure among the masses of the workers, where wages do not keep pace with the growth of the family and its necessities in the way of food, clothing, housing, medical attention, education and the like.”—Margaret Sanger, “Birth Control and Racial Betterment”
